Provided are a lap robe which, when the user in a seated position simply puts their bent legs into a receiving space, covers the legs and does not slip off in use, eliminating the need for the user to reposition the robe on the legs, a hanging device for hanging a fabric member forming the lap robe, and a desk structure where the lap robe is used. A fabric member (K) for forming the lap robe (4) can be installed on a table member (3) having the receiving space (2) into which the bent legs (1) of the seated user (S) are accessible from the front. At least one or more opened-forward leg insertion sections (16) are formed in the lap robe (4) formed of the fabric member (K).
