PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality notification system that notifies a predetermined information destination of an abnormality occurrence immediately after the abnormality occurred, and instructs the predetermined information destination to cancel an execution of action against the abnormality when cancellation operation for the abnormality occurrence is performed. SOLUTION: A vehicle is equipped with: abnormality detection means for detecting an abnormality; first sending means for, when the abnormality is detected, sending information of the abnormality occurrence to a center; and second sending means for, when a predetermined cancellation operation is performed after the abnormality detection, sending information of the cancellation operation to the center. The center has: action means for executing an action against the abnormality in the vehicle when receiving the information from the first sending means; and action cancellation means for canceling the execution of the action by the action means when receiving the information from the second sending means after receiving the information from the first sending means.
