<p>A method for producing decorative prints onto long panels, e.g. wood grain patterns, has the pattern applied to the print cylinder (2) in a spiral strip form. This produces a repetitive pattern on the panels, especially on long panels. The pitch of the spiral pattern is constant and the adjacent edges of the strip pattern are accurately aligned. The printing line is completed by a number of print rollers in series.</p> |
