<p>The device has punch (8) and counter-punch (10) for forming blisters (24) in film (6) clamped between clamp (2) and die (4) in range of stretch zone (S). The punch has base (12) having working surface (14) from which protrusion (16) is projected in direction of counter-punch, and rounded or beveled edges (18). The counter-punch has webs (20) around recess (22) in which protrusion of punch is inserted in closed molding position. The edges and protrusion are applied on film and webs are arranged in intermediate region between edges and protrusion on film in closed molding position.</p> |
