The rotor (10) has a permanent exciter comprising permanent magnets (14), which is arranged at a shaft (12) of the rotor in a circumferential direction (26). A flux guide device is provided for feeding a magnetic flux of the permanent magnets. The permanent magnets are fastened at the shaft. The flux guide device comprises separate, soft-magnetic flux guide elements (16) fastened between the permanent magnets at the flux guide device and held indirectly at the shaft. One of the permanent magnets is soldered at the shaft. The permanent magnets are ceramic magnets and ferrite magnets. The guide elements are laminations segments. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a rotor.
