The present invention provides a double-faced pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprising a foam substrate, pressure-sensitive adhesive layers provided on a first face and a second face of the foam substrate, and having an overall thickness t of 400 µm or smaller. At least one of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers is constituted with a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive comprising, as a base polymer, a block copolymer of a mono-vinyl-substituted aromatic compound and a conjugated diene compound.
