The device (1) has electronic central unit (12) for detecting and processing of actual data. The central unit is connected to a detection unit (30,40) for the detection of delivery vehicle (2) and a reader unit (14) for reading material demonstrative document. An output unit (11) displays the current actual time data of the supplied individual amounts and times obtained by analysis. An independent claim is included for method for detecting flow of material from individual quantities per delivery vehicle.
