The detecting and alarming system has a movement or presence detecting and alarming unit (1) that is provided with a driving/processing/storing device (2). The driving/processing/storing device is connected with a passive infrared (PIR) sensor (4) and a wireless network interface (3). An external device (16) is connected with the driving/processing/storing device. The detecting and alarming unit is communicated with a smart device (7) through the wireless communications link (5). The network interface is confined to Bluetooth or WiFi.
