PURPOSE: A car level providing system and a method thereof are provided to effectively apply a service by providing the level of a car based on detailed data. CONSTITUTION: A vision system (420) recognizes a driving environment related to a road rule by using image information by receiving the image information from a camera (410) capturing around the car. A classifier (440) classifies the driver type of the car according to the rule of the driving environment. A level controller (450) provides the level to the car according to the driver type.
