<p>PURPOSE: An organic inorganic hybrid solar cell including sulfur and metal gradients, and a preparing method thereof are provided to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency by directly changing sunlight into electricity. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode is formed on a first substrate. A semiconductor layer is formed on the first electrode. The semiconductor layer is precipitated in a solution. A second electrode faces the first electrode. An electrolyte is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode.
