Use of cosmetic composition comprising association of at least one monosaccharide comprising mannose, and/or rhamnose, and at least one additional compound comprising ascorbic acid or its analogues and their mixture, in a medium, to reduce and/or prevent signs of aging skin or its appendages, is claimed.
