PURPOSE: A complex powder for make-up cosmetic material and a make-up cosmetic composition containing the same are provided to relieve powder dryness and to improve lasting property of the make-up. CONSTITUTION: A complex powder for make-up cosmetic material contains Orbignya oleifera seed oil or glyceryl citrate/lactate/linoleate/oleate mixture. The content of each ingredient is 0.1-10.0 wt%. The complex powder contains talc. The surface of talc is treated with Orbignya oleifera seed oil or glyceryl citrate/lactate/linoleate/oleate mixture. The content of talc is 90.0-99.0 wt%. A make-up cosmetic composition contains 10-30 wt% of the complex powder. The make-up cosmetic composition further contains mica, sericite, silica, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, PMMA, urethane, and boron nitride. |
