This invention relates to a manufacturing method capable of reducing wire waste, comprising: a material feeding step: conveying a wire forward through a shear die and abutted against a material stop device, and then driving a shearing device to shear the protruding wire to form a blank; a tail cutting step: stopping the machine and cutting the tail part when a tail part of the wire passes through an end detector; a connection step: when an end of the cut tail part of the wire passes a material connection detector, stopping the machine, sending another wire to the rear of the aforementioned wire and continuing feeding; a material unloading step: when the front and rear connected wires are moved to a joint detector, stopping the machine, removing the material stop device from the front of the shear die, and drawing out the wire at front. With the manufacturing method, the wire can be fully utilized to achieve the efficacy of reducing waste. |
