PURPOSE: A forming method of a heat exchange pipe in a heat exchanger for a boiler and a heat exchanger for a boiler having the same are provided to form a heat exchange pipe having flat side surfaces by successively deforming the shape of a pipe member. CONSTITUTION: A forming method of a heat exchange pipe in a heat exchanger for a boiler is as follows. A pipe member (P2), in which a support bar (160) is inserted, is put into a roll forming machine, and the inner diameter thereof is supported to the support bar. The outer diameter of the pipe member is successively pressed to form the pipe member into a heat exchange pipe. After the roll forming step, the support bar is cooled and contracted to the original state thereof. The contracted support bar is separated from the heat exchange pipe and is discharged to the outside. |
