PURPOSE: A device for transferring liquid cargo is provided to transfer liquid cargo regardless of the loading and unloading position of a carrier by using a loading arm moving along a guiderail. CONSTITUTION: A device (100) for transferring liquid cargo comprises a guiderail (120), a base member (140), a loading arm (160), and a connection hose (180). The guiderail is formed on one side of a floating structure. The base member moves along the guiderail. The loading arm is installed on the top of the base member and is connected to a first pipe (24) connected to the cargo hold of a carrier. The connection hose is connected to a second pipe (14) for connecting the loading arm to the cargo hold of the carrier. |
