PURPOSE: A ship having a balancing function and a ship launching method using the same are provided to be easily balanced by confirming the gradient direction and angle of the ship when the ship is launched and injecting air to a buoyancy member. CONSTITUTION: A ship having a balancing function comprises a buoyancy member (230), a balancing sensor (240), an air injection device (220), and a balance-air amount control unit (210). The buoyancy member is formed on one side of the ship and provides buoyancy according to the amount of air injected. The balancing sensor is formed on one side of the ship and measures the gradient angle of the ship. The air injection device injects air to the buoyancy member. The balance-air amount control unit controls the air injection device to inject the amount of air corresponding to the measured gradient angle of the ship to the buoyancy member based on air amount information.
