PURPOSE: A sublimation refining device is provided to obtain a larger amount of a refining material once by inputting a larger amount of raw materials than that of a conversion process through one sublimation refining device. CONSTITUTION: A sublimation refining device (100) includes an expanded diameter part (310); an outer tube (300) including a narrow diameter part (320) extended from an expanded diameter part; an inner tube which is mounted in the expanded diameter part and includes a vaporizing part vaporizing raw materials and a yield part correcting refined materials; and a cover which opens and closes the upper part of a base frame and has at least one heater formed threin. The cross sectional area in the width direction of the expanded diameter part is larger than that of the narrow diameter part.
