PURPOSE: Input and read operation can be performed at the same time, and size and power can be reduced. CONSTITUTION: A main FIFO (first input first output) unit (100) includes first to Nth one port memories with the depth of M (110-1,110-2,110-N) (M and N are integers greater than 2). An assistance FIFO unit (200) includes a dual-ported memory (210) with the depth of M. A control unit (300) receives an input command and data through a writing channel to perform input operation which stores data in one of a main FIFO unit or an assistance FIFO unit according to an operating mode, and receives a read command through a reading channel to perform reading operation which reads data stored in the main FIFO unit and the assistance FIFO unit in order to output through a reading channel.
