PURPOSE: A system for making a transparent electrode and a method for making the transparent electrode are provided to laminate an electrode layer by an in-line process using surface acoustic wave, thereby increasing transparency. CONSTITUTION: A substrate transfer part (1100) moves a substrate. An electrode line formation part (1200) includes a transfer nozzle part. The transfer nozzle part forms an electrode line. A deposition unit (1300) generates surface acoustic wave. The deposition unit sprays conductive ink onto the substrate having the electrode line.
