PURPOSE: A copper alloy sheet attaching to Sn coating layer using for an interlocking type connection terminal and an interlocking type connection terminal are provided to reduce an insertion force in an interlocking when the copper alloy sheet attaching to the Sn coating layer in one side or both sides of a male terminal or a female terminal of the interlocking type connection terminal. CONSTITUTION: A copper alloy sheet attaching to Sn coating layer using for an interlocking type connection terminal comprises a base material, 0.1 to 0.8 um of an average thickness of Ni coating layer, and 0.1 to 0.8 um of an average thickness of Sn coating layer. The base material comprises Cu-Ni-Si group copper alloy. The Ni coating layer is formed on the base material. The Cu-Sn alloy coating layer is formed on the Ni coating layer. The Sn coating layer is formed on the Cu-Sn alloy coating layer. A surface of a material is reflow-processed. An arithmetic average roughness (Ra) of a rolling parallel direction and a rolling right angle direction is more than 0.03 um and less than 0.15 um.
