PURPOSE: A camera module soldering device is provided to include a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) heating unit integrally, thereby simplifying the task. CONSTITUTION: A camera module soldering device(1) includes a main frame, a PCB loading unit(20), a solder paste dispensing unit(40), and a PCB heating unit(60). The PCB loading unit is equipped in a table(11) of the main frame and loads a PCB on which the camera module is loaded. The solder paste dispensing unit is equipped in the top part of the PCB loading unit, and dispenses the solder paste in a terminal of the camera module. The PCB heating unit is equipped in the table of the main frame and heats the PCB with the dispensed solder paste. |
