[Problem] To provide a flash lamp, which is composed of a long light emitting tube having a first electrode and a second electrode disposed on both the ends, and which has a structure that can reduce a charging voltage, while suppressing an increase of a pulse width, even if the length of the flash lamp is increased, and to provide a flash lamp light emitting device. [Solution] Disclosed is a flash lamp, which is characterized in that a third electrode is disposed at the middle portion of the light emitting tube of the flash lamp, and that flash light is emitted individually at the same time between all of the adjacent electrodes. |
