PURPOSE: A composition for whitening and wrinkle improvement which contains rice bran extracts is provided to show collagenase, elastase and tyrosinase activity control effects. CONSTITUTION: A composition for whitening and wrinkle improvement contains rice bran extract as an active ingredient. The rice bran is manufactured by using rice bran manufacturing machine(staff GSI). The rice bran is obtained by the following steps: isolating defected brown rice from a color sorter and transferring the sorted brown rice to a raw material tank; separating the second degree rice bran from the first rice bran manufacturing machine after transferring the brown rice to the first rice bran manufacturing machine; separating the fourth degree rice bran from the second rice bran manufacturing machine after the raw material is transferred to the second degree rice bran manufacturing machine; and collecting the rice bran and white rice after separating the sixth degree rice bran from the third degree rice bran manufacturing machine.
