PURPOSE: An electronic metering device using a machinery water meter is provided to obtain high reliability and have little concern of malfunction with a simple configuration of the device, thereby improving user satisfaction in respect to a product. CONSTITUTION: An electronic metering device using a machinery water meter includes a plurality of sensors (261, 262), a control unit, an inner cover (230), an outer cover (280), and a coupling member (240). The plurality of sensors outputs on/off sensing signals by the rotation of a reflecting plate (140). The control unit counts sensing signals outputted from the sensor and integrates the amount of the used water, thereby displaying the same. The inner cover covers an integration display unit (150) to be sealed and is joined to the body of the water meter. The external cover is joined to the water meter on the top surface of the inner cover in order to cover the inner cover. The joining member joins the inner cover and the outer cover to the water meter.
