PURPOSE: A method for providing a senior facility or senior care facility relay service using the smart device is provided to allow a relay server to search for and offer facilities for senior according to conditions inputted from the senior terminal, thereby providing information about appropriate senior facilities or senior care facilities to the senior. CONSTITUTION: A relay server receives multiple conditions from the senior terminal (S100). The relay server applies a weighted value to the conditions (S200). The relay server searches for facilities meeting the conditions (S300). The relay server transmits the facility information of the searched facilities to the senior terminal (S400). The relay server transmits senior information to the facility terminal of facilities selected by the senior terminal (S500). The senior terminal is a smart device in which an application program is installed.
