CONSTITUTION: One or more light emitting units (130) are formed on a flexible printed circuit board (110). The light emitting unit is composed of lateral light emitting diodes. A resin layer (150) is formed on the light emitting unit to bury the light emitting unit. A plurality of beads (151) are formed in the resin layer to improve the reflection and diffusion characteristics of light. A diffusion plate (290) is formed on the upper surface of the resin layer. A first air gap (280) is formed between the resin layer and the diffusion plate.
