PURPOSE: A front edge expansive bulb constructing system and method are provided to increase the strength of an expansive bulb by stirring grout milk into the expansive blub while preventing the expansive bulb from being mixed with rubble. CONSTITUTION: A front edge expansive bulb constructing system comprises a pile (1), a screw rod (2), an auxiliary crane (10), a pile drive (20), an inner rod, an expansive bit head, and a grouting mixer plant. The pile drive includes a top auger device (21) to rotate the screw rod backward or forward, a bottom auger device (22) to rotate the pile, and an expansive bit driving cylinder (23) to reciprocate the inner rod. The grouting mixer plant produces and supplies grout for an expansive bulb hole which is formed with the expansive bit. |
