<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell apparatus and a method for fabricating the same are provided to obtain visibility by forming transmission parts for exposing the upper surface of a supporting substrate. CONSTITUTION: Cell parts (CP) are located on the surface of a substrate. The cell parts include solar cells (C1,C2,C3). Transmission parts (TP) are adjacent to the cell parts.
