PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing super characteristic soft magnetism material by powder hybridization is provided to improve permeability and to reduce coercive force of soft magnetism material by heat-treating a molding body obtained from Fe-Ni3P composite powder at 1100°C for 5hours. CONSTITUTION: A Ni-P system coating layer is plated on the surface of iron-based powder. The iron-based powder is sintered as a desire shape through spark plasma sintering. A sintered body is heat-treated at 700 to 1200degrees for 4 to 6hours. A FeNi alloy layer is formed on the interface of the iron-based powder and the Ni-P system coating layer. The iron-based powder is deionized water Fe soft magnetic powder or Fe-Si alloy soft magnetic powder. |
