A seismic isolating device with a simple structure and capable of performing a stable seismic isolating performance and loading/unloading machines is provided. The seismic isolating device (50) is provided between a pedestal of a running gear (30) of an unloading machine (10) and a base (21) of a foot portion (20), and is composed of a crossed straight line bearing (54) consisting an X-Y platform, a laminated rubber (56) and a safe pin (58). According to the seismic isolating device (50), a certain load is applied on the safe pin (58) because of shock during earthquake, when the safe pin (58) is broken, an unloading machine body (12) is moved in a horizontal direction, by a straight movement action of the crossed straight line bearing (54) of the seismic isolating device (50), the horizontal movement of the unloading machine body (12) is attenuated by the laminated rubber (56), thereby earthquake energy is attenuated. Subsequently, the unloading machine body (12) is moved back to an initial position by a restoring force of the laminated rubber (56). |
