TABLET-TYPE COMPOSITIONS OF SWEETNER AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A refined sweetener composition is provided to offer taste similar to sugar yet have calorie lower than sugar. CONSTITUTION: A refined sweetener composition contains 100 parts by weight of rebaudioside A, 200-1,000 parts by weight of sweetener, 8-80 parts by weight of disintegrator, and 2-48 parts by weight of lubricant. The sweetener is selected from xylitol, mannitol, palatinose, erythritol, or maltodextrine. The disintegrator is selected from microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, or crospovidone. The lubricant is selected from magnesium stearate, calcium stearate, glyceryl behenate, or stearic acid. The composition is formed into a circular shape, an oval disk shape, and a curved shape which is formed on the upper and lower surface of a disk shape. The disintegrating speed of the composition is 1-10 seconds, and the friability is less than 0.1 wt%.
