PURPOSE: A bus floor manufacturing method is provided to improve the strength and produce lightweight products. CONSTITUTION: A bus floor manufacturing method comprises the steps of: arranging a stiffening member at the edge of a form and assembling the stiffening member and the form; laminating a skin on the stiffening member and the form to form an assembly; and impregnating the assembly with resin and molding the assembly. The stiffening member includes a vertical portion arranged in the side of the form and a horizontal portion arranged in the upper or lower part of the form. |
