ENHANCED IMAGE QUALITY FILM WITH CONTROLLED ELECTRO-MAGNETIC WAVE FOR ELECTROSTATIC CAPACITY TYPE TOUCH SCREEN PANEL

PURPOSE: A radioactivity controlling film for enhancing picture quality for a touch panel is provided to reduce the manufacturing process of two film and production cost and enhance transmittance rate and visibility by reducing the thickness of a finished product due to an anti-reflective layer. CONSTITUTION: A radioactivity controlling film for enhancing picture quality for a touch panel comprises a transparent base film (1), a high-refractive and hard layer (2) which has different refractive index, an anti-reflective film comprising a low-refractive layer (3) and a radioactivity controlling layer (4) on the other side of the transparent base film. The anti-reflective film and the high-refractive and hard layer comprises an ultraviolet curable resin with an inorganic particle, a photoinitiator and a three functional synthesizer and its refractive index is from 1.05 to 1.76. The low refractive layer comprises the ultraviolet curable resin comprising 40-60 mm of hollow silica, the photoinitiator and three functional synthesizer and its refractive index is from 1.31 to 1.40. The anti-reflective film comprises 0.1-1.4% of average specular reflectance with 5°of incident angle with the wavelength area of 480-680nm. The water contact angle of the low refractive layer is from 60°to 80°. The radioactivity controlling layer comprises less than 0.8% of HAZE and more than 92.2% of transmittance rate and 350-1150Ω/□of surface resistivity.
