PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a large quantity of iron-based powder is provided to manufacture a large quantity of iron-based powder in a short period of time using molten steel which is manufactured in a converter. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a large quantity of iron-based powder comprises the following steps. More than 200 tons of molten steel are manufactured in a converter by oxygen-blowing pig iron which is made through a steel manufacturing process(S10). The molten steel is altogether tapped to a ladle(S20). The tapped molten steel is supplied to a tundish which has multiple nozzles(S30). The iron-based powder is manufactured by spraying high pressure water onto the molten steel which is ejected from the multiple nozzles(S40).
