PURPOSE: A recycling service providing method, a server thereof, and a recording medium thereof are provided to make a game more exciting by providing items for recycling. CONSTITUTION: A server generates a record regarding a uniform card purchase by matching the card with a user ID, and stores the record in a storage unit (S10a, S20). When the user attempts to reuse the purchased card, the server requires the user to input a recycling target uniform card (S30-S50a). The server calculates a winning rate at which the user can win a good card based on the price, grade, and the number of the inputted recycling target uniform cards and displays the rate (S60a).
