PURPOSE: An application security system, a method thereof, and a communication terminal for the same are provided to fundamentally block forgery of an application, thereby increasing security of a financial related application. CONSTITUTION: When a communication terminal is connected through execution of an application, a hash value generation unit(170) generates challenge, which verifies the application, and requests a verification value to the communication terminal. A verification value generation unit(180) generates the verification value by using the challenge and authentication information which is stored in an authentication information management unit(160). A comparison unit(190) compares the verification value, which is generated in the verification value generation unit with the verification value which is received from the communication terminal. The authentication information is added to the application as a library form.
