PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing press products having the minimized radius of curvature of edge units is provided to improve the workability as the initial setting is simple and to shorten times for a post-process by performing a polishing process as well as a cutting process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing press products having the minimized radius of curvature of edge units comprises the following steps: compressing and plastic-processing a metal plate after the metal plate is settled between press molds, and bending one surface edge unit of the press products into an arc shape; and cutting one surface of the press products with an abrasive member. A mirror surface polishing step comprises the following steps: fixing the press product (S1), fixing the abrasive member, controlling the height of a polishing pad jig, cutting the same, and polishing the same (S2). The rotating speed of the polishing pad jig is different from that of a lower fixing jig.
