PURPOSE: A music file player adjustable to playback speed and a method thereof are provided to play a music file corresponding to an accompaniment according to the speed of a song which a user sings. CONSTITUTION: A music file player includes a key input unit (120), a storage unit (130), and a control unit (110). The key input unit has a play key focused on specific part, a play key focused on entire part, and an auto play key. The storage unit stores a music file. The control unit plays sound data that is sequentially included in one row every time that the play key focused on specific part and the play key focused on entire part are input.
