PURPOSE: A production method of aged and decatized salt is provided to repeatedly steam and dry bay salt to produce the aged and decatized salt without toxicity. CONSTITUTION: Bay salt is washed and dehydrated. The washed and dehydrated bay salt is dried. The bay salt without brine is steamed using steam generate under the pressure lower than 10 kg/cm^2, and dried. The steaming and drying process is repeated for several times.
