PURPOSE: A fixing unit forming device of a damper rod guide is provided to easily forming a rod guide fixing unit in a damper. CONSTITUTION: A fixing unit forming device of a damper rod guide comprises a fixing protrusion roller(51), a fixing groove roller(52), a pressure rod(50), and a pressure shaft(53). The fixing protrusion roller pressurizes one side of an opening unit of a damper outer cover so that a pressurization unit of the damper outer cover is bent in an inner direction in order to form a fixing protrusion. The fixing protrusion roller and the fixing groove roller are inserted into the pressure rod, and the pressure rod performs a role of a rotary shaft. The pressure shaft is vertically extended from one side of the pressure rod. |
