PURPOSE: A coding device for sharing computer resources and a method thereof are provided to improve control power for a system that is assigned to a user in a system which uses the sharing computer resources and to increase privacy of a user and reliability of the system. CONSTITUTION: A resource assignment unit(200) authenticates a first user by using a public key based coding system and assigns a part of computer resources to the first user. An ID management unit(300) publishes ID of the first user by using a user ID based coding system. Computer resources perform a user task by using a specific resource which an agent, which includes the ID, is installed. The computer resources code user data of the first user by using the ID.
