摘要 PURPOSE: An organic microelectronic device and a fabrication method thereof are provided to increase the degree of integration by forming a complementary organic field effect transistor in a simplified process. CONSTITUTION: A bulk heterojunction active layer (12) is formed on an active area polarity definition layer (11). Carriers are distributed on the upper part and the lower part of the bulk heterojunction active layer. The polarity of carriers distributed on the upper part is different from the polarity of carriers distributed on the lower part. The polarity carrier mobility of the upper part is different from the polarity carrier mobility of the lower part. The thickness of the active area polarity definition layer is about 1 to 30 nm.
