PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of hand denier yarn is provided to realize a high productivity on hand denier continuous filament whose mono denier is 20-1000, and hand denier staple monofilament in a level of 10-60 tons per day. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of hand denier yarn comprises the steps of: forming (F) by melting-emitting through a melting extruder and spinneret; cooling and solidifying the (F) by contacting cooling water (3) falling in the progressing direction of the (F) in the bottom end; putting the cooled and solidified (F) in a can (C); and extending the canned (F).
