PURPOSE: A sub game service providing method in a management game and a server thereof are provided to obtain a quick feedback to raising by quickly confirming a raising result and variable statistics of a character by the automatic performance of a second game. CONSTITUTION: A server receives execution input to one of second games in a first game which is an online management game from a user terminal (S10). The server receives selection input to one of characters belonging to a team managed by a user from the user terminal (S20). The server selects one or more ability values used for executing the second game (S30). The server provides a simulation result of the second game using the ability values and compensation content according to the same to an account of the user (S40).
