PURPOSE: An electrochemical energy storage device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a polymer resin coated layer for high temperature on a case. CONSTITUTION: A capacitor element(10) stores electrochemical energy. A case(20) includes an opening. The capacitor element is formed in the case. A terminal block(30) is formed in the upper part of the case. The terminal block electrically connects the capacitor element to the outside. A polymer resin coated layer(50) is coated on the case. |
