PURPOSE: A method for outputting change information about a specific part and a device thereof are provided to help a national health improvement by providing objective and standardized information by quantitatively analyzing a change about a body part. CONSTITUTION: A method for outputting change information includes a step (100) of detecting a test target image about a specific part of a body, a step (108) of extracting a part having a recognized change by comparing the part with the test target image, and a step (110) of outputting information quantized for parts having recognized changes about the specific part.
