PURPOSE: A system on chip (SOC) and an operation method thereof are provided to improve execution speed. CONSTITUTION: An address converter receives a first address which is outputted from a processor and indicates a first storage space of a nonvolatile memory (S120). The address converter compares the first address with a second address indicating a second storage space of a volatile memory (S130). The address converter outputs a first address or a second address according to the comparison result (S131,S133).
