ROUTER FOR BYPASSING PACKET BASED ON BYPASS TIME

PURPOSE: A packet bypass router based on packet bypass time is provide to forward packet without a delay of processing time at each router of packet routing route. CONSTITUTION: A router comprises: a standard time setting unit (80); a packet bypass manager (70); and a bypass buffer (60). The standard time setting unit synchronizes communications network master router and standard time. The packet bypass manager repeatedly produces setup request message comprising delayed time information of former hop router at packet routing route, and transfers the message to the next hop router. The packet bypass manager responds to the setup request message, manages the packet bypass time based on the packet bypass time prepared in the setup response message which is repeatedly received. The bypass buffer stores packet for bypass forwarding the packet routing route to the next hop.
