摘要 An organic electro luminescence device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a property of a thin film transistor as the thin film transistor is protected from ultraviolet ray generated in a depositing process of cathode and light-emitting layer and light emitted in a light-emitting layer during drive. An organic electro luminescence device comprises a thin film transistor, anode electrode, insulating layer, light-emitting layer and cathode electrode. The thin film transistor(110) includes a gate electrode(114), a source electrode(115) and a drain electrode(116) formed on a transparent substrate(100). The anode electrode(150) is electrically connected to the drain electrode and is formed. The insulating layer(120) is formed in order to cover the end of the anode electrode. The light-emitting layer in which electronics and holes fade away together brightens and is formed on the anode electrode. The cathode electrode is formed on the light-emitting layer.
