METHOD FOR MAKING STEEL AND BUBBLING APPARATUS FOR THE SAME

PURPOSE: A steelmaking method and a bubbling device thereof are provided to equalize the temperature and component of molten steel during tapping and to prevent the decline of the service life of a converter refractory and the decline of the yielding percentage of iron. CONSTITUTION: A steelmaking method comprises the following steps. A converter implements a blowing operation. Bubbling is performed in a ladle when steel is tapped from the converter to the ladle after the blowing operation. Bottom bubbling is performed, in which a gas is sprayed from the lower part of the bottom of the ladle into the inside of the ladle. The gas is sprayed by being supplied from a steel accommodating vehicle on which the ladle is mounted. The flow supply rate of the sprayed gas is controlled. A control valve of a gas supply line which is connected from the outside to the bottom of the ladle is opened 50% from when the ladle is mounted on the steel accommodating vehicle; the control valve is opened 70-100% when alloy steel is input into the ladle; and the control valve is closed or opened 10-20% until the completion of tapping.
